The first thing to be done was the provision of right VPN access with the right apps to be able to operate apps remotely. With limited access to patients, remote cameras were set up in every room with a central person in a control room that could monitor all the COVID rooms. Jordan recalls that the most challenging thing to do was to set up tablets and iPads, through which families could communicate with the patients during their last hours.
