Supporting Women in STEM
The study highlighted five common experiences that kept popping up over and over again:
- Having an early cheerleader or mentor
- Developing a passion for the underlying work
- Having a job where you make meaningful contributions to society
- Access to women-centric support communities
- “Meaningful” action or support from male colleagues
All were positively associated with making women feel more welcome in the workspace and more likely to
remain in or pursue a career in STEM.

Your Worth Isn't What You Produce
Your worth isn't derived from what you do or achieve. It's an innate, within quality, that only you can find. In this talk, Jessica shares her tumultuous journey from 'always-doing' high achieving CMO to finding her soul purpose. By 40 years old she was burnout, unhappy and had hit a bottom through a corporate career that no longer served her. Instead of spending another year trudging through, she walked away from it all. Learn how she found meaning and purpose outside of the corporate grind. And 3 core principles for how you can tame your need to always be doing to feel good about yourself. Rather, finding your worth through honoring the soul within.
