Dr. Munish Khaneja is the Chief Physician Officer of CareAbout. Prior to joining CareAbout, Dr. Khaneja served as the Chief Medical Officer of Altruista Health, Inc., where he oversaw clinical strategy and innovation across all products and services. Prior to Altruista, Dr. Khaneja served as Vice President of Clinical Effectiveness and Pharmacy at EmblemHealth, where he was the Corporate Clinical Lead for Population Health and Value Based Purchasing, managing a $6 billion medical + pharmacy spend. Dr. Khaneja has served as the SVP and Chief Medical Officer of Affinity Health Plan and prior to that, as the CMO of Greater Hudson Valley Health Center (now Cornerstone Health). Dr. Khaneja’s clinical experience was also a Hospitalist at Kings County Health Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Khaneja presently maintains academic affiliation as an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Pediatrics at SUNY Downstate and SUNY Stony Brook Colleges of Medicine. He is a board member and advisor to numerous national organizations and corporations, and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Khaneja graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Chemistry from Brooklyn College. He holds his M.D. from the SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. In addition, Dr. Khaneja holds his Masters in Public Health from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University. He is trained in Internal Medicine and General Pediatrics, is a board-certified internist, and is certified in Medical and Healthcare Informatics.

Dr. McGinn is the Executive Vice President for the Physician Enterprise at the CommonSpirit Health System. Previously served in a similar capacity at Northwell Health. Experienced Executive and Academic Leader managing complex organizations with clinical, educational, and research components. Currently leading physician enterprise for CommonSpirit Health, representing more than 5,800 employed providers, 1,100 ambulatory care sites, and 21 Value-Based Organizations across the nation. Skilled in Health care Management, Academics, Clinical Research, Medical Education, and Hospital Administration. Joined Health Care Service Corporation, the nation’s largest customer owned health insurer offering Blue Cross Blue Shield plans in Illinois, Montana, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas, in September of 2017 as DVP Information Security Architecture and Design. In this role, John was responsible for driving the future state Cyber Security Architecture with a focus on securely enabling HCSC’s use of the public cloud for sensitive workloads, overall modernization of HCSC’s Member facing and Enterprise Identity & Access Management products and enhancements to Cyber Defense capabilities. Promoted to Deputy CISO / Head of Information Security for Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) in Fall of 2021. John is responsible for delivering a fiscally responsible and pragmatic Information Security program that securely enables the HCSC enterprise, systems development entities, and strategic initiatives. He is an Information Services Security thought leader with over twenty-five years combined experience with Fortune 500 firms in life sciences, healthcare and consumer products industries. Actively participates on Executive Customer Advisory Boards and Healthcare Industry Executive Leadership forums. John has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Temple University and holds CISSP certification.

Cheri Glass, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is vice president of Employee Experience for Baptist Health a full-spectrum health system, which employs more than 23,000 people in Kentucky and surrounding states. Previously, Glass served as vice president of Human Resources for Baptist Health Medical Group, which encompasses the system’s employed providers; Baptist Health Home Care; and Baptist Health Community Care, the system’s value based care arm. Glass has more than 25 years of HR leadership and experience in Louisville, most recently as vice president of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources & Benefits for Signature Healthcare. She also has served as assistant vice president of Employee Benefits for BB&T Insurance Services; as the market practice leader, chief human resources and administrative officer for Fetter Printing Company; and as director of human resources for AAA of Kentucky. Glass holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration/personnel administration and industrial relations from the University of Louisville. She and her husband have been married for 36 years have two children and are currently planning for the marriage of their daughter. Living in Kentucky Cheri and her husband Doug also breed and race thoroughbred horses.

Hussein Syed is the Chief Information Security Officer at Barnabas Health, New Jersey’s largest integrated health care delivery system, providing treatment and services to more than two million patients each year.
